1. Our Shipping Philosophy & Process
To bring you an extensive collection of stylish footwear, we have established a strategic partnership with specialized fulfillment centers located across the United States. This model allows us to focus on sourcing great products while leveraging professional logistics for warehousing and shipping.
Your order will be shipped directly from one of our U.S.-based partner facilities. Our fulfillment journey consists of two main phases:

Phase 1: Order Processing (2-4 Business Days) Once your order is confirmed, it is securely transmitted to our fulfillment partner. Their team then picks, inspects, and packages your items. This processing stage takes 2-4 business days. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after our 6:00 PM (PT) cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day.

Phase 2: Shipping & Final Delivery (5-7 Business Days) After processing, your package is handed off to USPS for its final journey to you. The standard transit time for delivery within the United States is 5-7 business days.

To provide a complete and clear picture of when to expect your order, please consider both phases:
Total Estimated Delivery = Order Processing (2-4 days) + Shipping Transit (5-7 days) = Approximately 7-11 business days.
3. Shipping Costs & Details
We believe in a simple and transparent fee structure.

Orders with a subtotal under $199 will have a single, flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99.

Orders with a subtotal of $199 or more will automatically receive FREE standard shipping.

Service Area: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Important Restrictions: To ensure a secure delivery, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Handling Charges: Your flat-rate shipping fee is all-inclusive. It covers all postage, handling, and packaging costs.
4. Order Tracking and Communication
The moment your order is dispatched from our partner’s facility, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your USPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress online.
5. Managing Your Order & Resolving Issues

Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax. The final tax amount is not included in the product price and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your specific shipping address. It will be clearly displayed before you pay.

Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delivery issues stemming from incorrect address information. Address changes can only be accommodated if your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment partner.

Handling Delivery Problems: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit (Damaged/lost items), please contact our support team within 7 days. In the rare case of a product delay (Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items), we will notify you immediately.
