30-Day Return Window: You have a full 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Prompt Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

No Restocking Fees: We believe in a simple process. You will never be charged a restocking fee for any return.
2. Return Eligibility: Conditions for Footwear
For a return to be accepted and a full refund issued, the footwear must be in brand new, resalable condition. This is a strict requirement and means:

Unworn: The shoes should only have been tried on indoors, preferably on a soft, carpeted surface to protect the soles.

No Signs of Use: They must be completely free of any scuffs, scratches, dirt on the soles, creasing, or any other indication that they have been worn outdoors or for any length of time.

Original Shoebox & Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox, with all original tags, labels, and packaging materials included. The shoebox itself is considered part of the product and must be in good condition.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and may deny a refund if the product does not meet these conditions.
3. The Return Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
To ensure your return is handled efficiently and sent to the correct location, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Obtain Your Return Authorization (Required) To begin a return, you must send an email to our support team at contact@wizshoellc.com. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return. This is a mandatory first step. Items sent back to us without prior authorization cannot be processed for a refund.

Step 2: Receive Your Return Address and Instructions Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and, most importantly, the correct return shipping address. As we work with different U.S.-based fulfillment partners, this address may be different from our corporate address.

Step 3: Ship Your Item Securely Once you have your authorization, package the item securely (placing the original shoebox inside another shipping box is recommended to prevent damage). We strongly advise using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as we are not liable for returns that are lost in transit.
4. Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs

If the Error is Ours (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item): If the return is necessary because of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Wiz Shoe LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs. Please provide clear photos of the issue in your initial email.

For All Other Reasons (Fit, Style, Change of Mind): If you are returning the item because it didn’t fit as expected, the style wasn’t for you, or you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Additional Policy Information

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to get a different size or style is to return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.

Order Changes & Cancellations: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, the order is forwarded to our fulfillment partner and can no longer be altered.

Delivery Issues: For issues such as Refused, Undeliverable Packages or packages marked Delivered but not received, please contact us. While we are not liable for packages after they are confirmed delivered, we will do our best to assist you in investigating with the carrier.
